Ballet-like movements done on the floor strengthen and stretch the muscles and add to the mobility of the joints. Based on classical ballet, floor barre develops the fluidity of movements and concentrates especially on foot work. It is an excellent way to condition the body and to learn body control. Classes are joint with adult classes.
